It's a business app that has a back-end which lets both single location restaurants and restaurants with multiple branches create and manage custom menu, cuisine, feedback system etc.
The app harnesses the power of this back-end and enables a waiter to take orders through the app and then send it to the chef. A chef then takes over and manages the KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket). As the order is processed, the waiter then finishes the order and takes customer feedback.
System administrator can analyze those feedback and get in touch with all customers with a custom message with a single tap, via SMS or Email.
We are continuously developing the product and we are integrating a loyalty management system, along with payments.
