The Caf - Mon Compte application is free and gives you simple, practical and secure access to information relating to your beneficiary file.

The app asks you for permission to access your photos/media/files to allow you to attach supporting documents when needed and your Wi-Fi network status to check your connection in case of an error of the app. La Caf remains very concerned about the security and respect of your personal data. To log in, you must use your social security number and your personal (alphanumeric) password. After your first connection, you can also connect via biometrics (fingerprint and/or face recognition) or the FranceConnect device.

1. MANAGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

Consult your profile and modify, if necessary:

* your family situation (marriage, separation, etc.)

* your professional situation (new activity, unemployment, etc.)

* your address

* your bank details

* your contact details (email address, telephone)

In your profile, you can also:

* declare a pregnancy

* declare a birth.

2. MAKE MY PROCEDURES ONLINE

* Follow the progress of your steps taken on caf.fr and be informed at each connection or via push notifications in case of missing elements

* Answer the Caf's questions in the My steps section and send the necessary documents directly from your smartphone

* Beneficiary of RSA or activity bonus, make your quarterly declarations directly in the application

* Consult and declare your resources for housing assistance

* Student, make your declarations (scholarship and maintenance in places) directly from the application

* Use the application to declare your school certificates (16-18 years old) to benefit from the back-to-school allowance

* Do you have a debt vis-à-vis the CAF? Repay it in one or more installments from the application

* Download your certificates and your Caf account statement.

3. SIMPLIFY EXCHANGES WITH MY CAF

In a single section, find your exchanges with your Caf (mails, emails, statements, appointments, etc.) and be alerted in the event of new messages

Find the list of reception points and contact methods for your Café. Discuss with our virtual advisor (chatbot) to get the answers to your main questions.

4. CHECK MY PAYMENTS

Quickly access your last 10 payments (dates and amounts) by browsing your history up to the last 24 months. You can also download your statements or certificates in PDF format to your mobile.

5. DISCOVER THE SERVICES

Find the list of benefits paid by the Caf and their conditions of access.

6. MANAGE YOUR CAF ACCOUNT

From the application, you can also manage your account: give delegation to your spouse, change your password...

Warning: using the application on a rooted terminal may expose you to security risks by allowing a malicious third-party application to recover your personal data (connection identifier in particular). We advise you not to use the Caf application if your terminal has been rooted. We invite you to delete the application and reset your personal password on the www.caf.fr website.
