Cadence helps evening exercisers set up and finish a focused night workout. The app shows tonight's plan, estimated duration, move count, an active workout timer, next-move guidance, completion controls, and a workout library for shaping the session. It is suitable for users who want a simple way to organize short night routines such as planks, mobility work, and breathing resets. The reviewed build does not require account login or common sensitive Android permissions. Workout moves, plan state, active progress, and streak information appear to be handled on the device.
