The Buggy Panel (PQP) is all about improving our user experience. The extensive feedback tool creates a simplified feedback submission process with subsequent tracking of the feedback processing with the associated buggy app. In this way, bug reports, information on offers or feature ideas can be sent directly to the right recipient while using the comparison app.

The feedback workflow is clearly defined within the buggy panel, from creating and commenting to checking and implementing. As the submitter, you will be continuously informed about the processing progress and can exchange information with the editors via chats.
