Brighter-app

Brighter-app helps you efficiently manage delivery of operations and maintenance services for the renewables industry.

The system enables you to view key information about the sites under management, update and submit maintenance tickets and manage spare parts.

Site information is maintained via the browser system and easily viewed by the field team through brighter-app. The information can be configured to include what is more relevant including health and safety information, site location details and site component information. It can also include key site documentation.

Forms can be prepared in the browser system and shared with your field team through brighter-app. These are fully configurable based on the requirements of your business but may include near miss, accident or other health and safety reporting, tooling checks, site surveys, vehicle checks or even staff survey responses.

Tickets are assigned to the field team via the browser system based on their contractual status – whether preventative, corrective, remedial or strings – and include the responsible team members, SLA response requirements and descriptions of the work required. The field team can update these through brighter-app including descriptions of works completed and attaching any documentary or photo evidence.

Spare parts usage can be included as required for any ticket and stock records will be updated in the browser system.

User access to brighter-app is controlled by the administrators of the browser system.
