Breakaway

BREAKAWAY! Is an educational game for children ages 8-15, originally developed at Champlain College’s Emergent Media Center.

Players engage in a visual narrative that allows the user to make choices that will impact the events of the game. Through narrative events, tactical game play, and skill-building mini games, the user will experience enjoyable interactions while being educated in preventing violence against women and girls during a critical age.

Players will walk away from this game with a higher awareness of what constitutes harassment, and how to prevent incidents of harassment involving women and girls.
