An app for users of wildlife-incidents.com. It helps Wildlife Rehabilitators keep records on all wildlife interactions and calls, from initial contact to final outcome.

Inspired by a wildlife rehabilitator for Galway & Claddagh Swan Rescue, who found Incident reporting a drawn out and tedious process. This App was created to simplify the recording and generating of reports. The intent was to create an easy way for all Rehabilitators to record incidents, and then make that data available for national and international bodies for their understanding of outcomes.
