Get to control all the traffic lights and train gates but do remember to avoid colliding with regular vehicles and collect food when they appear to keep your health in control. Beware of Emergency vehicles, Make sure you allow the ambulances to pass through before the timer ends to avoid losing points.

Difficulty increases with each level, I bet you can't complete more than two medium difficulty levels.
