Initial offering.
I did a shortcut for network settings on the LTE Galaxy Nexus, and the guy on the bulletin board asked for one into the tethering settings.
It may work on handsets other than the LTE Galaxy Nexus, but it is not intended for wider use. YMMV.
It won't provide features you don't already have.
