Leave a location based message tagged to an iBeacon, Position or WiFi signal, and whenever a new user arrive at the location, they will receive this message, both within the app and as a notification.
Think of it as a location based communication service, where you can leave message for friends and fellow citizens when they arrive at your location. Do you like the restaurant you are in? Let other users know, and they will receive the message when they arrive.
Messages will be attached to an iBeacon signal, if one is available, or to the specific location position if no iBeacon is available. It is also possible to use a WiFi signal in the same way as an iBeacon (although this is less accurate).
Login in to Facebook, and let your friends know when you tag a location.
