Stroma Certification’s Technical Surveys Form Tool has been designed to offer technical forms and survey templates in a digital form on Android devices. It sits within the RSAP+ suite of software, which is the market leading software solution, used by over 50% of the assessor market and a growing proportion of installers. The software is widely used on iOS and the Technical Surveys Form Tool is the first module to be made available on Android.

The Technical Surveys Form Tool has revolutionised the customer journey by making traditional hand written forms available electronically to ensure that time is saved both on and off site. Reliance on paperwork is negated and the tool’s integration with RSAP+ and GD Tracker contributes to increased organisational collaboration and synchronicity between business, assessor and installer. By speeding up the data capture and consent processes, the tool enables work to become more efficient, thus improving customer satisfaction. The move to digital forms also provides a radical development in data security and reliability, as all forms are stored in the cloud, which ensures a robust “paper” trail.

With this software you can perform simple data entry functions as well as managing more complex media inputs in order to replicate and surpass the ability of traditional “hard copy” forms. The tool is pre-built with a number of stock forms and has the ability to create further forms with ease to suit individual requirements.
