Our study showed that many students who had their primary education in villages and small towns wanted to pursue higher education in big cities like Mumbai. Having no elaborate contacts quite a few have to literally struggle for finding right accommodation & environment for studying in such cities.

It was also found that there are hardly any boarding facilities exclusively for Jain students at upcoming educational hubs like Navi Mumbai , Surat , Amdavad , Indore or even NCR Delhi to name a few .

With the premise that Education is the base for prosperous & disciplined living & with the intended mission that no Jain child should remain illiterate, Jain Education & Empowerment trust ( JEET ) initiated Shree Adinath Vidyapeeth in year 2012 With the blessings of P.PU.ACHARYA SHRI RAJHANS SURISWARJI MAHARAJ SAHEB primarily for the benefit of students of the entire jain community (all sects ) pursuing higher & meaningful education with career oriented training

Shree Adinath Vidyapeeth is bringing up its first Vidyarthigruh at Belapur – Navi Mumbai ( a home to more than 35 engineering , medical & technical institutes imparting new age education to more than 35000 students who flock from various corners of the country )

This facility is slated to be operational from July – 2012 onwards & presently It will accommodate around 54 students
