מַסֶּכֶת יוֹמָא (או סדר יומא – סדר היום) היא המסכת החמישית בסדר מועד, ונמצאת במשנה, בתלמוד ובתוספתא.
פירוש שם המסכת – יומא (בארמית): היום, כלומר היום המיוחד – יום הכיפורים. בתלמוד הוא נקרא גם בשם יומא רבה – היום הגדול. ואמנם, בתוספתא המסכת נקראת יום הכיפורים. בתלמוד בבלי יש למסכת זו 87 דפים.
מסכת יומא במשנה היא בת שמונה פרקים. שבעת פרקיה הראשונים עוסקים בעבודת הכהן הגדול ביום הכיפורים, והשמיני בהלכות התענית והצום.
Yoma (Aramaic: יומא, lit. "The Day") is the fifth tractate of Seder Moed ("Order of Festivals") of the Mishnah and of the Talmud. It is concerned mainly with the laws of the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur, on which Jews atone for their sins from the previous year. It consists of eight chapters and has a Gemara ("Completion") from both the Jerusalem Talmud and the Babylonian Talmud.
