Is your back always sore?

Are you hunched over at your desk?

Does your stomache protrude?

If you answered yes to any of these, then this applications workout routines will help you correct your posture.

The workouts are designed to help with

-Excessive lordosis (includes anterior pelvic tilt)

-Excessive kyphosis

-Internally rotated humeri

-Forward head posture

-Internally rotated femurs

-Externally rotated feet

For weighted exercises you can set a weight so that you can remember which weight you used when you get to next weeks workout.

These workouts are not meant for people who have chronic poor posture because the exercises may make them worse.

By improving your posture, you'll improve the future level at which you can train.

These workouts are inspired by the T Nation Neanderthal No More articles.
