Moreover we are also introducing BSNL Land line and Electricity Bill collection system. It is a PC based system that enables recharge outlets to extend their services through Remote agents along with their services to Walk-in customers with the help of a simple SMS. Thus, creating the possibilities of expansion of business by getting a greater customer coverage using E-recharge SIMs or Internet. The remote agents registered with the system can send recharge requests to POS through a simple SMS. Remote agents do not need E-recharge SIMs or GPRS handsets. Recharge is carried out automatically by the system after receiving the requests and responses are sent back through SMS.

Walk in Customers : The request is entered into the computer. POS automatically recharges according to the request. Requests can be queued up in the system. Provision for issuing of receipts to customer is also available if printer is attached.

Remote Customers through Remote Agents : agent sends the customer mobile number and the amount by SMS to POS. The system checks the authenticity of the remote agent and his available balance. It does the recharge automatically and sends a confirmation SMS to the remote agent with his latest balance and transaction ID received from network.

It is a system which is way ahead of other recharging systems due to the fact of its simplicity. It is only a miniscule population that has access to the internet and who use credit cards. For this very reason other systems have failed to reach the mass of the population.
