Welcome to your brand new workout builder, the app that's going to spice up your gym life!

It's very common to fall into ruts and hit plateaus when it comes to the gym, it happens to everyone at some point! What's the best way to get over this? Changing things up!

With this app you can switch up an exercise, several exercises, or your full workout!

Simply tap on the muscle group you want to train and you'll be given a random exercise to specifically work that group, you can then also add that exercise to a list to start building a new and different workout.

Best uses:

- Get a random exercise to finish up a workout when you feel like you've got more in the tank!

- Build a full new workout by generating exercises and adding them to your list.

-OR, let us do the hard work and randomly generate a FULL workout for you!

- Switch things up and try a workout you've never done before.

- Running a program but not enjoying a few of the exercises? Switch them out for one of the many you'll find in this app!

Note:

This app requires an internet connection the first time it is launched to download the list of exercises. (You only need to do this once, it happens automatically when the app is launched)
