Our Mission & Message:

Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church is a Holy Spirit Filled Church, committed to being a full service ministry through Biblical Knowledge, Stewardship, Worship, Mission and Evangelism.

At Mt. Moriah we believe in changed lives. Church isn't just another box to check off on your to-do list; it's a place of life renewal and hope. In the church community, there is true friendship, grace and a lifetime of learning and growing together.

We must acknowledge and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Personal Savior. In doing so, we must believe and put our trust in Him. Then too, we must confess our sins and confess with our mouth the Lord, Jesus Christ. Finally, we must believe in our heart that God the Father hath raised Him from the dead. Having done these things, one becomes saved (Romans 10:9-10).

Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow may never come. Today is the day of Salvation. Some people say that they will wait until they get themselves together. If we could get ourselves together, there would not have been a need for Jesus to come to this sinful world and die on the cross for our sins. You will never get yourself together no matter how hard you try. You can come to Jesus as you are but you won’t stay as you are.

Our weekly services are designed to help you experience God's Presence and Power through dynamic, spirit-filled worship that will prepare your heart for the message you'll receive. We come together to worship and praise God with passion and open hearts, and we are committed to doing this Christian life together.
