Just install this app and wait for the time of a conference call, this app shall notify you and prompt you when its time for the call. Just press dial and Mantu Caller dials the number and the pass-code for you.

Please make sure you add and sync all your calendars in Splanner for Samsung phones, and Local Calendar in all other phones.
