Habit Puzzle is an app that lets you make fun habits by putting puzzles together. Make new habits with your existing habits, and get puzzles while practicing your daily habits! Habit Puzzle's family will share the process with you struggling to make a habit and get used to it. By putting puzzles together of exciting scenes will make you look forward to tomorrow's new habit.

Habit puzzle contains two big concepts of habit formation.

1. The first is that it has to be clear. Habit puzzle has made behavior clear by connecting new habits to existing habits. Actions do not occur alone and each action is induced to be a signal for the next action. So we made the users to register a new habit in the form of After I do [current habit] I will [new habit].

2. The second is that behavior changes only when new habits are attractive. People are attracted to what they want rather than what they like. If dopamine didn't come out, the desire didn't happen. Without desire, no action took place. Habit is a feedback loop led by dopamine. Dopamine is secreted not only when a pleasant experience is expected, but also when a pleasant experience is expected. When compensation is expected, i.e. when the signal is picked up, the expectation is that dopamine levels rise. Higher dopamine levels create motivation for action. What makes us act is the prediction of rewards, not the realization of rewards. The brain has much more neural circuits assigned to compensation for what it wants than it likes. So we have to make our habits attractive and make them what we want. This is because expectations for compensation concessions motivate action. Habit Puzzle has set a reward for habit practice as a puzzle. And each puzzle contains various images of the characters representing the Habit Puzzle, Habit Family. These are paintings that will bring people's sympathy and love, such as the daily situation of the company, school, etc., a pleasant party, and a travel destination. On a successful day, five pieces of puzzle are given and one whole puzzle can be completed in about a week.

Habit Puzzle has changed a habit that one does not want to do into an action that is linked to compensation.
