I couldn't seem to find a tic tac toe game on the app store without some sort of catch: share data, ad banners, etc...

Seriously, its tic tac toe, it should be free, no strings...

As the developer, I can say it contains no intentional malicious software (the truth is, if you use any third party tools you never truly know, there is a measure of trust.....) The only code I'm aware of is what I wrote along with jquery and Visual Studio using Apache Cordorva, and it's 100% related to playing Tic Tac Toe.
