C Player is an online streaming video player and it supports caching for the video file that is playing. That cache file can be played offline next time and it would take no more data because it just saves data from cache while streaming instead of downloading. The Url link must be shared with C Player to use. As an another feature, C Player is a downloader for online video file if you don`t want streaming.
