We present you the BORIS-NRW app, which you can use to call up the most important information on land and real estate benchmarks at any time by locating your own location in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The reference values ​​are available for querying in the app from the 2011 vintage.

The perfect smartphone and tablet integration offers you intuitive access to the various current and historical benchmarks. Official aerial photographs or official maps are used as the map basis. These maps are available as so-called web caches and are therefore available very quickly. For better orientation, the digital orthophotos (aerial photos) have been supplemented with place names, streets and other elements.

The BORIS-NRW app supplements the online offer of BORIS-NRW (https://www.boris.nrw.de/boris-nrw) with the possibility of mobile retrieval of reference values ​​via smartphone and tablet.

A variety of products are available to you via the app. In addition to land and real estate reference values ​​with the associated specialist information, you can call up real estate market reports, land value overviews and real estate price overviews.

You now also have the option of creating a printout as a PDF for the selected reference value. In addition, you can carry out the calculation of an appraisal interactively in the form of a "property value calculator" for the latest real estate reference value year.
