BOOST online is an application that brings the most professional training and fitness trainers in Israel to your home. You can choose between LIVE training and recorded training that will be updated daily in the VOD library and also enjoy nutritional accompaniment.

Group nutritional accompaniment - regular meetings where you can ask questions, get answers, listen to other trainees' questions and get answers to questions you did not think to ask. The meeting takes place in a group format and allows our nutritionist to provide a horizontal answer in a variety of different areas.

Personal nutritional accompaniment - one on one with our nutritionist, just you and her from your couch (or kitchen). During the meeting, she will get to know you, your habits and which nutrition plan is right for you. Accordingly, it will give you a personalized menu, track your metrics and scopes and help you get results.

Challenge 5 with Hadas Zimmerman and Roni Duani:

Challenge 5 is a challenging framework that yields results and fast. First, fill out a form with your weight, circumference, health status and target weight you are aiming for. Roni and Hadas will meet with you once a week for a nutrition and index talk to track your progress and make sure you are moving in the right direction. Every week you will receive a new menu from Hadas and train with Roni at least 3 times a week in LIVE or VOD training.
