When Lucia finally returns to the oceanfront resort her mother once ran, she finds little left of it. A fire took everything years ago, and only sun-bleached memories remain.

But as she begins rebuilding, with the help of a flirty carpenter, a glamorous singer who once performed there, and a chef who never smiles, the resort slowly comes back to life.
