Board Support is the application reserved for professional categories who can help make train travel safer.
Only those in possession of credentials can use the app and, once on board, report their presence by selecting the boarding and alighting station. If the conditions for an intervention occur, you will receive a notification directly from the on-board staff.
Using Board Support allows you to take advantage of the tariff discounts provided.
Any undue use will be prosecuted in the appropriate places.
