Based on the cycle you are on, you can choose between 21 to 28 days or 3 - 4 weeks, and you are free to take as much time off as you need then you can just set it again in 3 clicks!!

1) - After you insert your vaginal ring, (Nuvaring) for example.

2) - Open Vaginal Ring Reminder and click on SET then choose how many day you want to keep it.

3) - Click OK to confirm.
