The Chili Wagon was started in 2015 with its Parent Company Jones Ventures, LLC. The Chili Wagon is the casual version of Chef on the Go with more comfort foods and high end concession offerings that are made from quality ingredients and locally sourced whenever possible.

The Chili Wagon’s mission is to offer a wide array of Gluten Free items without sacrificing taste.
