OAA's mission is to establish a network of independent insurance agencies in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas owned in partnership with entrepreneurial spirited individuals. We offer local independent agents the ability to remain independent, gain new markets, generate additional income and receive profit sharing without having to sell, merge or cluster. Additionally, OAA provides direct "mentorship" for smaller agencies in all areas of agency development.
