• All Urgent Care visits have been reduced to a maximum of 15 minutes.
• HealthTap Medical Group providers can now directly call patients in the event of any connectivity issues, through the app, during a virtual visit.
• Primary Care providers have the ability to proactively reach out to patients on their panel, via the Patient Messaging feature, who have not yet completed an introductory visit.
• Primary Care providers can block patients from sending messages if they are abusing the feature.
