This is a free app for clients of Fit15 trainers. Fit15 is a software for personal trainers and fitness professionals. Clients can use this app if they are working with a trainer that uses Fit15. Already invited clients can log into the app to send real-time messages, check-ins, and progress photos to their trainers.

Client Features:

● View concise (15 second) exercise videos

● View your personalized fitness plan

● View your personalized meal plan

● View all documents shared by your trainer

● Send training feedback and progress pictures

● View your past progress pictures

● Receive notifications for new fitness or meal plans

Note:

This is a free app which requires an online account. You need to be invited by a personal trainer or fitness professional who uses Fit15 to train clients better. If you're a client, ask your trainer for invitation to use the app.
