DRCStep Up is an employment portal that connects Syrian refugees with companies.

DRC step Up gives you all the tools you need to find easily your dream job. It is a multi-language platform that was developed for the Danish Refugee Council as a CSR project. It was designed to allow the employers to post jobs and finding resumes.

Employees can quickly find the career opportunities with the location based search. Apply to jobs at companies with a few taps. Employees can save the jobs as per the interest.

Post Job:

Employers can create job postings with the necessary information.

Employers can provide the basic information about job title, location, educational qualification, experience level, job type and industry.

Convenient Search:

Candidates can search the jobs based on title and location

Employers can search resumes across location, industry and education.

Employers can shortlist the candidates and contact them through email

Employers can download the CV’s of the candidates

Apply and Connect:

Candidates can simply apply for a position directly with the employer

Shortlist a desired position and apply for it later

Candidates can connect with selected companies and set up job alerts

Search Candidates:

Employers can search resumes across location, industry, and education.

Employers can shortlist the candidates and contact them through email

Employers can download the CV’s of the candidates

Manage Jobs:

Employers can renew the jobs, make active/inactive and can see the count of received applications for a specific job through manage jobs.
