BM Kuryer

BM Courier — is a business application for couriers of the Birmarket marketplace. It helps drivers to fulfill delivery routes, pick up parcels and deliver them to customers across Azerbaijan.

Login to the application:

Authorization by phone number and confirmation via SMS code.

Routes:

The application has various route types: Line Haul, Pickup, Delivery, Supply and FLM. Each route has its own number; custom routes are supported. The history of completed routes is stored in a separate section.

Route points:

Points are displayed in two forms — on a list and on a map. The following are visible for each point: name, address, status, number of parcels (pickup / dropoff). Points are divided into pending and completed.

Work with points:

- “I’m here” button to record arrival

- Call the point’s contact person directly from the application

- Display of the point on the map

- Start of processing after activating the point

- Completion of pickup with indication of the number of loaded boxes

- Cancellation of the point with indication of the reason (boxes did not fit into the machine / point did not present boxes)

- Ability to add a comment during cancellation

Features of FLM routes:

Points become available only after receiving returned orders from the warehouse and closing the “Warehouse” point. There are separate counters for “Pickup” and “Returns”.
