This app displays a blue light at maximum screen brightness. The intention is to simulate some of the normal daylight we get from the sun. Use it for about 30 minutes in the morning or in the middle of the day to get more energy and sleep better at night. Preferable use a big tablet which is faced towards the side of your face. You don't have to look at the screen.
Never use the app less than three hours before going to sleep.

We have added an in-app purchase which allows you to choose other colors than blue. If you are happy with blue (which is a color we recommend) the app is still free to use.
