Between Sundays

Anyone who’s been to church is familiar with it. That feeling of leaving church with good intentions and big dreams. This week, you’re going to pray more. You’re going to be more patient. You’re going to be more generous. You’ve heard the sermon and now, this time, for sure, you’re ready to take it to the world.

Only, we don’t. Monday morning comes and what seemed so clear in church now seems trite, outdated, or just plain hard. Impossible, even. So, we coast through another week, not much different than we were the week before.

It’s time for something different. It’s time for Between Sundays.
