Bdrive

Bdrive is a private cloud storage app for the Be Musix team. Your files live on your organisation's own server — not on someone else's cloud — and you reach them from your phone, tablet or any browser.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Upload anything — photos, videos, audio, PDFs, documents. Large files upload in resumable chunks, so a dropped connection never costs you the whole transfer. Pause and resume whenever you like.

• Preview without downloading — images, video, audio, PDFs, text and source code all open right inside the app.

• Organise properly — folders, move and copy, favourites, multi-select for bulk actions, and a trash that lets you restore anything you deleted by mistake.

• Keep every version — replacing a file keeps the old one in its history, so a bad overwrite is always recoverable.

• Share on your terms — create a link with a password, an expiry date, a download limit, or view-only access. Or ask someone for files with an upload link they can use without an account.

• Find things fast — search by name with filters for type, date, size and location, and search inside your documents: scanned paperwork and photos of documents are read with OCR.

• Play your music properly — tap any track and the whole folder plays as an album, with lock-screen controls that keep going in the background.

• See your photos by date — everything you back up is laid out by the day it was taken, with what you shot on this day in earlier years.

• Back up your phone — copy your photos, videos, contacts and WhatsApp media into Bdrive, automatically in the background if you want.

• Work offline — mark files to keep on the device, view them with no connection, and let changes sync themselves when you are back online.

• Keep the private things private — the Vault encrypts files on your own device before they are uploaded, names included. Nobody with access to the server can open them.

• Stay in control — biometric unlock, two-factor authentication, a list of every active session and device, and a security log of everything that happened on your account.

BUILT FOR TEAMS THAT WANT THEIR OWN STORAGE

Bdrive is invite-only. Accounts are created by an administrator, who can set each member's storage quota, review activity and manage access. There is no public sign-up. Team drives keep shared work with the team rather than with whoever uploaded it.

PRIVACY

Your files are yours. Everything travels over TLS, files are encrypted at rest on the server, tokens are stored in the device keystore, and nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising.
