Basic Katas Shotokan free

Dear Karate Do friends,

From the Dojo Okinawa in Asturias, Spain, and within the sphere of Karate Do teaching and pedagogy, we have exposed an explanation of the katas Heian as well as the higher Katas, using high-quality graphics, perfectly illustrated and complemented with a series of symbols that indicate the direction of movement, direction of the turns, the kiai, the embusen, views from other angles, if the movement involves a step, the kanji, etc. It also offers textual information which gives information about the Kata such as its origin, meaning of the name, technical characteristics and concepts contained therein.
