BaoViet Direct

For the first time in just a single phone application, with Baoviet Direct, Bao Viet Insurance customers will receive maximum support for all needs of tracking, managing insurance contracts, creating claims/looking up compensation.

Currently, Baoviet Direct is supporting two products: Health Insurance and Car Insurance. Main features of the application include:

1. Hospital fee guarantee card:

Instead of having to keep a physical insurance card, the Hospital Fee Guarantee Card function will be an electronic card that customers can present when coming to the hospital or clinic to use services.

2. Insurance contract:

The Insurance Contract function allows customers to manage their existing insurance cards. When logging into the application, customers fully and accurately track all benefits included in the insurance contract that the customer has registered with Bao Viet Insurance including: total benefit value, used benefit value and remaining benefit value.

3. Look up compensation:

After submitting a claim to Bao Viet Insurance, customers can track the progress of claim settlement. Bao Viet Insurance will send a notification to customers when the application is accepted or needs to be supplemented or rejected. Customers can always review claims history over time.

4. Search for Garage/Hospital, clinic:

From now on, with Baoviet Direct, you can easily search for any part of Bao Viet Insurance's network of hundreds of guaranteed garages, hospitals/clinics across the country. The Google maps support feature helps you receive clear directions to the garage, hospital/clinic closest to you or the place you are looking for.

5. Schedule:

Customers who need a car inspection can make an appointment in advance so that Bao Viet staff can perform the inspection at the customer's requested location.

6. Create a claim:

No longer have to call Bao Viet staff or go to Bao Viet's office to fill out a claim form. With Baoviet Direct's "Create claim" feature, customers can quickly fill out claim information online with pre-entered personal information, along with the ability to take photos of accident/damage evidence as well as medical documents, invoices... Completing claim paperwork has never been so simple.

- BaoViet Direct applies outstanding security technologies such as: SSL/TLS, Tokenization, fingerprint authentication,...

- The customer service center operates 24/7 and can support all issues related to security, account access and answer all questions related to services deployed on BaoViet Direct and issues related to Bao Viet Insurance.
