For some devices so that a new message notifications can be run properly, please enable Autostart / Autorun:

Enable Autostart feature for applications Bali Update. Go to Menu -> Security -> Permissions -> Autostart, select / activate for Bali Update application.

Open Security Center app-> Permissions Management -> Auto-Run Management -> Turn On / Turn Bali Update.

* Go to Security -> Permissions Privacy -> Startup Manager -> turn Bali Update

* Open Auto Start Manager -> Bali Update -> Allow.

* Open Mobile Manager -> Permissions -> Auto-Start Manager -> Allow / enable for Bali Update
