Balatro is a poker themed strategy game, not a gambling app. You cannot place bets, cash out, or transfer in game chips or shop money to a bank account. Poker hands, chips, and multipliers exist only as game systems used to meet score targets.
Progress stays on the mobile device where you play. Saves and profiles cannot be moved between mobile and other platforms, so a new profile on another platform will not carry over your unlocked decks or run progress.
