"Bal til" series of mobile applications, for elementary school and pre-school age children with the goal of teaching kyrgyz language​. Applications have interactive games, animations, and audio, which is used to improve the children's interest in learning Kyrgyz language. The project has been implemented by the National Commission on State Language under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the cooperation of company UlutSoft.
