The BackOfficer app is the most complete flex portal in the Netherlands!

The app is fully geared to all of BackOfficer's wishes with only 1 goal: to leave broadcasters

to grow! The BackOfficer app is an extension of the e-UUR portal which is tailor-made for BackOfficer

is made. The following features are available via the BackOfficer app; take a digital contract,

action overview, broadcasting tools with digital signature of employment contracts and

hiring agreements. Everything is of course fully legally valid and according to the correct collective labor agreement.

In the BackOfficer app, temporary workers can keep track of hours worked, view timesheets, but

also view payslips and other documents. The app features a start-stop function with

GPS, with which the temporary worker can indicate at what time his activities on a specific day

begin and end. Expenses and reservations can also be written and the

temporary worker also upload the necessary photos or documents.

Hirers can use the app to approve timesheets, if desired, view the file, including

the invoices.

The broadcaster can register candidates via the BackOffice app and quickly with all

temporary workers communicate through push notifications. If a temporary worker does not use the app

installed, it will simply receive an email.
