• Watch accurate 3D demonstrations of more than 2000 exercises. 

• Consult a valid food composition database and a food tracker which will help you to reach your goals more easily (like for example losing weight or gaining muscle) 

• Gain understanding of all: the amount of burned calories, the amount of time you’ve spend working out and the distance you’ve covered. You can keep up your improvement on weight, waist size, BMI, fat percentage, amount of pushups, VO2max, etc.
