We are a private and non-government organization dedicated to serving the community of Central Government Staff and Offices over the past 65 years. Our publications date back to 1955.

The list of titles available in our catalog covers all the Central Civil Service Rules from entry to exit, in the service of a Central Government employee. Dedicated in-house assistant authors are always on the job of improving the content and bringing out new titles to cover all the subjects, under the guidance of the Chief Authors.

Having completed over sixty five years of publishing, we have now ventured into providing a mobile software application developed for use on devices powered by Google's Android platform.
