Requirements for use:

Active comprehensive health insurance from AXA.

Your online-enabled national identity card with the corresponding 6-digit PIN.

Your health insurance number (KVNR) – not to be confused with your policy number!

A smartphone with NFC support and Android 13 or higher.

Tablets are not supported.

No devices with modified operating systems.

Main functions:

Central document management:

Storage medical documents such as doctor's letters, diagnoses, and findings securely by your healthcare providers or yourself.

Easy information sharing:

Grant your healthcare providers access to relevant documents for optimal treatment.

Digital health documents:

Digitally integrate important documents such as vaccination records, maternity records, or child health records.

Secure access control:

Determine who can access your data and when, and manage permissions flexibly.

Multi-device support:

Use your electronic patient record (ePA) seamlessly on multiple devices. Tablets and smartphones without NFC functionality are excluded.

Security and data protection:

Your personal data, especially your health data, is protected by state-of-the-art encryption technologies. To ensure that only you and authorized persons have access to your ePA, your one-time, secure identification is required. The identification process is directly integrated into the registration process and also meets the highest security standards.
