AuthX Secure

Android Secure is a screen lock application that is part of the AuthX suite, designed to protect Android devices—specifically Samsung and Zebra models—through a centralized, policy-driven authentication system. Once the device is unlocked, the Secure App automatically launches, initiating the user authentication process.

Android Secure replaces the standard Android lock screen with a secure login experience. Devices are configured at the company level, enabling any authorized user within the organization to access the device. Users can log in using either their username or email along with a PIN.

To deploy Android Secure, the application is installed on the device and registered using the serial number in the AuthX Admin Portal using the device’s serial number. A single instance of the Android Secure application can support multiple devices under a unified Application Policy, ensuring consistent behavior and security settings across all devices.

During login and unlocking, the device is redirected to the AuthX login screen. Authentication workflows—configured by administrators—can include multi-factor authentication. Administrators have full visibility and control through the AuthX Portal Dashboard and Authentication Logs, allowing them to monitor device activity and user access in real time.
