Atom Notes

Allow user to create private notes, home pages have to list of notes first notes is public and other notes are private and need a password saved only on your local password.

a default randoms quote will appear by default and private notes will appear only after the user enter the generated password.

allow users to add/edit/delete notes.

allow users to reset passwords which reset all notes.
