I am looking to create the best Life Fitness/Hammer Strength training centres across the country so you, our customer, can enjoy the best training and social networking experience.

We want your customer journey to be the most enjoyable, professional and satisfying experience you have ever received from any training facility, we pride ourselves on great service, correct up to date information and regular training sessions for our staff to keep them fully up to date on products and service we can offer to suite your needs.

We have tried to cater to your every need. That’s why we have created other areas of the business within our centre, you can eat, have your nails done, get a massage, have your car washed, grab a quick sunbed, buy supplements from our store (Aspire Active Supplements), whatever you need we have tried to cater to your every need so it gives you more time to do the things you enjoy and less running around. Treat your partner to one of the above while you train, its perfect!

We only employ the best personal trainers who have experienced first hand how hard reaching goals and achieving greatness really is, that way I know you my customer’s are getting the best/right training and nutrition advise. We don’t take on fresh out of college or one week pass course personal trainers, as they don’t have the experience we think you deserve. We also keep our prices very realistic and affordable.

We pride ourselves on cleanliness and tidiness throughout that’s why we have sanitiser wipe dispensers all around the gym areas and extra staff to maintain a high level standards of tidiness in the gym at all times.
