Araba Nerde? provides an easy interface to save and remember where you parked your car. You can follow the on screen arrow pointing toward the physical location of your car.

The GPS sensor in your device requires a line-of-sight view of the GPS satellites so if you are in an indoor car park you can use your device's camera to take a picture of your parking spot and the application will show you this picture next time you start it.
