Zuri is the simplest way to connect to hundreds of customer care services from across India. Call, skip IVR, chat, pay bills or email with a simple touch on your phone. Zuri does not require an Internet connection to make calls, so there is no need to search for the customer service numbers online. No complicated interface, no clicking millions of buttons on the phone. Just one touch and you are directed to most companies’ customer service.

The app will constantly evolve its features to make this process simpler for you. The more it understands, the better it will get. Current features are listed below.

Current Features:

1. Skip IVR with Zuri Dialer

The Zuri dialer helps you skip the annoying IVRs of all companies using your registered mobile number. You can use the dialer without any Internet connection. Talk to a customer care executive directly without taking your phone off your ear again and again.

2. Favourite your frequently used services

You can favourite a company that you use often. If you do not have the time to do so, Zuri automatically favourites your most-used numbers.

3. Pay your Bills

Zuri’s new feature includes payment of your mobile, DTH and broadband bills. The app directs you to the company’s website without storing any of your personal information.

4. Chat with companies

Can’t talk on the phone? You can chat with customer support teams for companies across India. At the moment there are approximately 40 companies on Zuri that use chat to interact with customers.

5. Contribute through the Suggestion/ Feedback option

Can’t find your customer care number on the list? Zuri didn’t skip IVR? Is a number wrong? Suggest or send us a feedback through the app to make your, and other users’, next experience better.

6. Email companies

Frustrated with non-resolution of your problems or love your interaction with a customer care? Email the company and let them know.
