World Mapper

We created this app because we were frustrated by the lack of an app that allows us to navigate maps that we own.

Most of the navigation apps with custom maps work on a subscription basis (you pay every month whether you use it or not!) or some free versions allow you to use your own map files but will limit the resolution available!

So we created World Mapper, where you are free to navigate any map image, in FULL resolution with no size limit (obviously, your storage space is the limit). The app contains a wizard that allows you to import map files and they will then be processed to fit Google Maps as overlays.

This app is designed to be used with real accurate maps (sea maps, hiking maps, or any feature map with correct scale). You maps needs to be accurate and oriented north (if not you should rotate it before importing).
